Richard hates when I brag about him but i just had to say how proud proud proud I am of him. He is such a hard worker and I am so grateful that I am able to be at home with Ethan like I want to be.
Richard has worked for Discover Card for 2 years in July and last week he won the highest award that you can get while working there. It is called The Pinnacle Award. Only 5 people in each center can receive this award every year and it has some really awesome perks to it! They are paying for an all inclusive trip for Richard and I out to Chicago to the headquarters for 3 days and 2 nights. He will meet the CEO of Discover card and receive his award at a ceremony there. On the down time we get to go on tours and out to meals.
I just wanted to tell him how much I love and appreciate all that he does. He is such an amazing example to me and to Ethan. He is a sweet and loving husband, father and friend and I wouldn't trade him for the world!

I decorated the kitchen with streamers and ballons and made cookies for him before he got home that day!!P.S. Thank you so much Coleman and Amanda for taking Ethan while we are in Chicago. You guys are awesome!

Wow Richard that is SO amazing! Congrats!!! And Austin that is so cute what you did for him! I bet he loved it. That sounds so awesome that you guys can go together to Chicago...make sure you take lots of pics so we can see what you guys did!!!
