Las Vegas Baby!!

Richard and I decided several weeks ago that we wanted to get away and thanks to my amazing parents, Amelia and Hailey we were able to do just that! So we planned a 4 day, 3 night trip to Vegas and boy did we have fun!

One of our favorite things that we did there was go to this place in the MGM Grand called Television City. What they do there is have people come and watch pilot episodes of future CBS shows and give there opinion on them, in exchange they give you some coupons for around Vegas. So we went to do this and after we were done watching the show and giving our opinion we were asked if we would like to come back the next day and watch another one, BUT this time they would pay us $20 each! We were like " Get paid to watch TV? Why not? " So the next day we headed back over there. We watched the show, gave our opinion ( it took a whole 35-40 min both times), they paid us and we were about the leave when they asked if we would be interested in coming back for a focus group to talk about the show for an hour and they would pay us $50 dollars each. Well of course we did!!! So all in all we spent about 2 to 2 1/2 hours at this place watching TV and talking about a show and made $70 dollars each!! So if anyone is going to Vegas make sure and check this place out. It was way fun and totally worth the couple hours!

The first night Richard and I got there we headed down to the strip to explore. Richard had never been there so it was especially cool to him! At one point though Richard looked over at me and said.... " I know why they call this sin city". I just started laughing!

We went to the Lion Habitat inside MGM grand and the lion happened to be out. It was crazy I was standing right below him.

I am not sure what these people are thinking but that is WAY to close for my comfort!

We stayed at the Luxor Hotel and it was the biggest hotel I had ever seen. Everyday we found something new there to do.

We also went to eat one day at the ESPN Zone restaurant. Richard loved this restaurant!

We had our very own touch screen TV at our table and got to choose which channel we wanted to watch while we ate.

Our last night we headed down to the Belagio to watch the fountain show!

We had such a fun trip! Thanks Mom, Dad, Amelia and Hailey for watching Ethan so we could go. And thanks Adrianne for finding all the fun stuff for us to do. We owe you all big time!
