This year we spent Thanksgiving over at my Mom and Dads house for the first time in 5 years. We have been together for Thanksgiving in the past 5 years just not AT their house. It was so nice to all get together and share such an awesome Holiday. The afternoon started with what my mom called the "pre-show" with chips, dips, crackers, veggies and more. Then around 2:00 Mom, Dad, Amelia, Hailey, Grandma Audrey, Les, Coleman, Amanda, Isaac, Ethan, Richard and I all sat down for Thanksgiving "dinner"! It was one of the best Thanksgiving Dinners we have ever had. Everyone went around the table saying what they were grateful for and it's amazing how you just never really understand what everyone is going through and how grateful people are for things you never knew they would be grateful for. After things settled down the girls made a craft while the boys took naps and watched football. Later that night Adrianne, Steve, and Hannah came up to stay the night and we all played Bunko. It was so fun to have literally the whole family there spending the night!!!!
We decided to be apart of the Black Friday crowd again this year and it proved to be another fun year! We started off by going to the outlets in Park City at midnight and then to Kohls at 4 am, and Walmart at 5am. We then went our own ways! I went to Famous Footwear to meet up with Richard and everyone else went to Target! Thanks Mom for watching Ethan while we went shopping. We could not have taken him with us! There are a ton of pictures here cause I couldn't decide which I liked the best so be prepared.
I love Ethan's new shirt so I took tons of pictures of him in it!
Ethan and I
Coleman and Richard played some Chess. The best part was it was the Disney Characters that were the chess pieces.
These are the place settings! They were really pretty :)
Its a tradition for Richard to eat a turkey leg. Meat, bones, cartilage, and marrow......
Amelia and Ethan
Dad made lemon meringue, banana, peach, apple, and berry pies from scratch. Now how many girls can say that there Dad knows how to make pies from scratch and they are actually GOOD!
This is the craft project that I finished and brought home! It says "Greetings" and I LOVE IT!
