Okay so I know you may not even be able to understand him, so let me just kinda sum it up. He is telling a story about a zombie. Ethan is walking walking walking ( hence his hand movements) he goes on to say how the zombie breaks into the house and then he shoots him and runs to his room. Thats pretty much the short version. I later found out that this is Ethans "bedtime" story haha
