Because of Ethan's allergies our doctor had postponed having him eat baby food until we had gotten them more under control. A couple weeks ago we were given the "go ahead" to get the food going and after two weeks of gagging, spitting up and force feeding I am proud to say he is getting all his foods in! He is such a stinker! At one point he would gag himself so bad on pears that he would throw up, but now he LOVES them!
On another note after yet another allergic reaction Richard and I have decided to not have everyone (including us) kiss Ethan's face and lips anymore! Today we were all eating some homemade croissants (which were glazed with eggs) and, not thinking about it, giving Ethan lots of kisses. Well needless to say his lips swelled up and luckily after giving him Benadryl his swelling went down. But as my mom and grandma pointed out I was like a chicken with its head cut off. So to save Ethan from a reaction and me from a mental breakdown we feel its best to avoid kisses on Ethan's face! Anyway here are some fun pics from Ethan eating :)
Coleman and Amanda gave us this whole cute jazz outfit to me for my birthday last year! Richard LOVES IT!

He loves to play with his hands. While he is eating I try not to say good job to him otherwise he starts clapping and wont stop!
